Adalberto began his professional journey prior earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Early in his career, he supported and managed IT infrastructure migration and adoption projects for major energy companies across Latin America, leading regional and local teams in multicultural environments for Fortune 500 Companies. This foundational experience laid the groundwork for his global perspective and people-first leadership style.

 

Later, Adalberto joined one of the top three organizations in the Energy services arena, where he would go on to spend two decades in progressively senior roles. His tenure at this big corporation is marked by a series of transformative contributions across IT infrastructure, software deployment and adoption, consulting and cloud services, and organizational leadership. He is recognized for his ability to lead complex global initiatives, drive operational excellence, and empower organizations to adapt, innovate, and excel in rapidly evolving digital landscapes. Adalberto Sanchez is a transformational leader with over 30 years of experience.

 

Adalberto’s leadership philosophy centers on empowering people, embracing change, and delivering value. He is known for building high-performing, cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. He has completed executive leadership programs at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, as well as MIT certifications further strengthening his technology, strategic and business acumen.
